In her new role, Payal will be responsible for overseeing HR strategies, leadership development, and organizational transformation, aligning with Flora Food Group’s global mission of innovation and sustainability. With extensive experience in leading HR functions across diverse industries, Payal brings a wealth of knowledge that will drive Flora Food Group’s growth and people strategy in India and beyond.
Before joining Flora Food Group, Payal served as Director HR at Zetwerk, where she managed HR for ten distinct business units, including corporate and product/tech functions. Her tenure at Zetwerk involved leading critical initiatives in data analytics, performance management, and learning development, significantly enhancing organizational effectiveness.
At Strides Consumer Private Limited, Payal held the position of Head HR for two years, where she led HR initiatives across India, the US, UK, and the Middle East. She played a crucial role in talent management for a workforce of over 250 employees, driving HR strategies that supported global expansion.
Her earlier experience includes being Head HR and Admin at Guardian Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd., where she was instrumental in managing HR operations and administration for over two years. Additionally, at VLCC Personalcare, Payal oversaw HR activities for 400+ employees, developing sourcing strategies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
