With over two decades of leadership experience across footwear, retail, fashion, and lifestyle brands, Ramprasad brings deep expertise in scaling consumer-centric businesses, leading digital transformation, and driving brand evolution across diverse geographies.
In his most recent role, Ramprasad Sridharan served as CEO and Managing Director at United Colors of Benetton India, where he led the brand’s retail and digital transformation journey, strengthening its market positioning and operational performance. Under his leadership, Benetton reinforced its relevance among evolving Indian consumers through enhanced omni-channel capabilities and refreshed brand engagement strategies.
Prior to Benetton, Ramprasad held multiple senior leadership roles at Clarks, including President for South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand, where he led the brand’s operations, market growth, and business consolidation across regions. Earlier, as CEO of Clarks India, he drove brand development and expansion initiatives that established the brand’s footprint and consumer connect in the Indian footwear market.
Earlier in his career, he served as CEO at Lerros Fashions India Ltd, where he managed the brand’s retail and distribution strategy in India. Before that, he was associated with Reebok India Co as Director – Sales & Retail, where he made significant contributions to the brand’s retail-led growth phase in the Indian market.
His early career experiences, coupled with his education at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, have shaped his strategic approach to business leadership, brand stewardship, and organizational growth.
