Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2024 – Ranjeev Singh Gautam has accepted the position of President Human Resources and Operations at Aspect Global. In his new role, Ranjeev will oversee the company’s global HR and operations strategies, driving organizational growth and operational excellence across its international footprint.
Prior to joining Aspect Global, Ranjeev served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Madhuban Toyota India for approximately 1 year, where he led compliance management, strategic HR initiatives, and the development of training programs that enhanced the operational efficiency of the company.
Before that, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sunino S.p.A. for nearly 6 years. In this role, Ranjeev played a pivotal role in managing HR and compliance across multiple manufacturing operations in India, focusing on the food packaging industry and successfully automating HR processes.
Ranjeev also gained significant experience as GM Human Resources at Reliance Jio Infocomm UK Limited, where he spent about 1 year. During his tenure, he was instrumental in setting up the RJAIC joint venture, managing a $60 million budget, and overseeing the HR integration of 1100 employees across India and China.
Additionally, Ranjeev held the position of Vice President – HR (Global) at ETP International Pvt. Ltd. for nearly 2 years, where he was responsible for HR strategies across 14 offices in the APAC and Australia regions, focusing on talent acquisition and leadership development.
Earlier in his career, Ranjeev held various HR leadership positions at companies such as NEC Software Solutions (India), IonIdea, NIIT, and Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd., contributing to his extensive experience in global HR management, training and development, and strategic HR leadership.
