Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 – Rashi Garg has joined Philips as Head of Sales – India Subcontinent, where she will be leading the commercial strategy and execution for Philips India Health Systems. With an impressive career spanning nearly two decades, Rashi brings an exceptional track record in business leadership, commercial excellence, and healthcare innovation to the Philips team.
Before joining Philips, Rashi was with Danaher Corporation for over six years, most recently serving as APAC Commercial Head, IDT from July 2022 to May 2025. In this role, she was instrumental in driving commercial growth, developing operational plans, and strengthening leadership across Asia Pacific. Previously, she held the position of General Manager for Cepheid India and South West Asia at Danaher, where she led local leadership teams, championed the ‘Make in India’ initiative, and prioritized capability building and talent development to achieve ambitious business goals. She also served as Director – Sales and Marketing, Cepheid India and South West Asia, managing key go-to-market strategies and ensuring operational success.
Prior to Danaher, Rashi was Head of Key Accounts at Roche, overseeing sales, business strategy, and planning for diabetes care in India. She was responsible for strengthening key account relationships and advancing institutional business performance.
Earlier in her career, Rashi spent nearly 11 years at Johnson & Johnson Medical Asia Pacific in progressive roles, including Strategic Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific. She was responsible for developing growth strategies for surgical products, integrating new acquisitions, leading marketing planning, and driving market development. Rashi successfully managed cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and received a Standard of Leadership Award for exceptional business growth. As Regional Sales Manager, North India, she led a 32-member team to become the fastest-growing region and implemented innovative sales and motivational strategies. She also served as Product Manager, One Touch Horizon, developing and implementing relaunch strategies that delivered significant growth.
Rashi began her career as Revenue and Capacity Controller for India at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where she developed pricing models and strategies and led high-performing sales teams, resulting in notable business growth.
She holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the Indian School of Business.
