Ltd. has promoted Rati Choundawa to Vice President – Human Resources, recognizing her leadership in strengthening people practices and building a future-ready HR function. In her expanded role, she will continue to drive strategic initiatives spanning learning and development, succession and talent development, performance management, engagement, rewards and recognition, and workforce planning aligned with the company’s growth priorities.
Rati Choundawa has been associated with Posiview Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for over 1 year and 6 months, progressing into this leadership position after serving as Head of Human Resources . In this capacity, she has led initiatives to design and implement development frameworks, foster blended learning and internal capability building, and enable structured learning that reinforces organizational values. Her responsibilities have also included driving succession planning to build leadership pipelines, strengthening performance cycles through goal setting and effective manager coaching, and leading employee engagement programs informed by feedback and pulse surveys.
Before joining Posiview Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Rati Choundawa served as Senior Human Resources Manager at MoneySpring where she supported people development and broader HR leadership priorities. Prior to that, she worked as Senior Human Resources Manager at Param Business Solutions , contributing to end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations including hiring across technical and non-technical roles, onboarding, employee support, and partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Earlier in her career, she held the role of HR Manager at Zoucal , where she engaged with HR practices alongside perspectives on governance, compliance collaboration, and workplace fairness through standardized processes and communication. She also served as HR Manager at Dharti Filtration System,, building foundational expertise in recruitment approaches, assessments, and structured hiring practices supporting organizational performance.
With this promotion, Rati Choundawa steps into a broader leadership mandate at Posiview Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd., reinforcing the organization’s focus on capability building, talent continuity, and people-led growth.
