Singapore, Singapore, July 2024 – Raul Quintanilla has taken on a new role as Head of People – APAC at The HEINEKEN Company. In this capacity, Raul will lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall people strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.
Raul Quintanilla has been with The HEINEKEN Company for over seven years. Before this promotion, he served as the HR Director Global Commerce in Amsterdam, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing global HR strategies for commerce for over four years. Prior to that, Raul was the Director of Compensation and Labor Relations in Monterrey, Mexico, managing compensation strategies and labor relations for three years.
Before joining The HEINEKEN Company, Raul was the Manager of Organization and Compensation at Viakable, where he contributed to organizational and compensation strategies for nearly five years. He also worked as the Divisional Human Resources Manager at Xignux Infraestructura, focusing on divisional HR functions for a year.
Earlier in his career, Raul served as the Human Resources Manager at Vitro Colombia, overseeing HR operations for a year and a half, and as the Chief of Compensation at Vitro Corporativo, handling compensation strategies for nearly two years.
