Prior to joining Belt Power, Jessica served as Vice President of Human Resources at GrafTech International, where she led global HR and ESG initiatives in a complex manufacturing environment. Her work included board-level interactions, executive compensation planning, global labor relations, and strategic workforce transformation initiatives, including plant closures and restructuring efforts.
Earlier, she held leadership roles at Huntsman Corporation, where she managed HR integration during major acquisitions, and at Precision Castparts, where she directed human capital planning and organizational development across multi-billion-dollar divisions with international footprints. Her early career included HR leadership at Avery Dennison, Materion Corporation, and Wiseco Piston, establishing a well-rounded foundation in HR operations, benefits, compliance, and talent development.
