London, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Mairi Reid has started her new role as Head of HR Global Offshore at Aramark. With over two decades of experience in human resources management, Mairi brings extensive expertise in employee relations, change management, and strategic leadership to her new position.
Mairi’s most recent role was at Wood, where she spent 12 years in various HR positions. Her last position there was Senior Human Resource Manager / Human Resource VP, where she was responsible for all aspects of HR, with a special focus on recruitment, culture building, and digitalization of HR processes and structures.
Before Wood, Mairi held several roles within the same company, including People & Organisation Manager Senior – HR Operations East, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Team Lead. In these roles, she worked strategically on HR shared services, supported the business on day-to-day strategic activities, and managed a team on various HR aspects.
Prior to her tenure at Wood, Mairi was an HR Business Partner at Baker Hughes for nearly four years. She supported senior managers and their teams in headcount planning, recruitment, talent management, and change management.
Mairi also spent five years at Subsea 7, where she held multiple roles including HR Advisor and Global HR SAP Specialist. She provided HR support to the Aberdeen and Rotterdam offices, gained ISO 9001 accreditation for the Rotterdam office, and worked on the implementation of SAP upgrades and new aspects of the HR module.
Earlier in her career, Mairi worked at Hilton Hotels as an HR Assistant, where she was responsible for all HR administrative duties, HSE, recruitment, training, and payroll.
