London, United Kingdom, May 2024 – Kate Speranskaya has started her new role as Global Head of HR at Hantec Markets. Kate brings a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources management, with a strong focus on HR strategy, employee relations, and leadership development. In her new position, she will oversee HR operations globally, driving initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Kate’s most recent role was as HR Business Partner at Equals Money, where she worked for just over a year. In this role, she managed HR strategies, employee relations, and executive coaching, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Before Equals Money, Kate served as Head of HR (UK & Europe) at ZFX for nearly a year and a half. Her responsibilities included project management, HR metrics, and operations, focusing on HR strategy and start-up environments.
Kate also held the position of Head of HR and L&D at Tradewind Recruitment for two years. During her tenure, she managed HR metrics, strategy, and operations, ensuring the organization’s HR practices aligned with its strategic goals.
Prior to her role at Tradewind Recruitment, Kate was the Group HR Manager at Lyca Mobile Group for almost three years. She played a crucial role in developing HR strategies, managing operations, and handling employee relations across the organization.
Kate’s earlier experience includes roles at London 2012, Hilton Worldwide, Volvo Car Corporation, Danone, and Adidas Group, where she honed her skills in HR management, team leadership, strategic planning, coaching, and training.
