His previous tenure at cyberThink Inc. spanned over five years, during which he rose from Assistant Manager to Manager – Human Resources, leading multiple initiatives across workforce analytics, HR compliance, and leadership development. He played a key role in designing policies and programs that enhanced retention, engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
Earlier in his career, Ravi worked with Initor Global, XDuce, and QX Global Group, where he gained significant exposure to HR operations, performance management, and employee relations. His early professional journey began at Rishabh Software, where he developed his foundation in recruitment and HR systems.
