Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, October 2024 — Ravi Shekhar has joined InnoxGFL as the new Corporate Head-Talent Management, overseeing talent strategies across the group’s various companies, including GFL, InnoxGreen, InnoxWind, and GFCLEV. In this role, Ravi will drive talent management initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning, all critical to InnoxGFL’s continued success.
Prior to joining InnoxGFL, Ravi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd., where he led the HR function and worked on strategy and implementation to ensure the company remained at the forefront of people practices. During his tenure, Sentiss was recognized for its employee engagement, securing a spot in Great Place to Work rankings, including 20th place in the Mid-Size segment in India.
Ravi spent nearly 15 years at Jubilant Generics Limited, where he held key HR leadership positions, including VP & Head HR for the company’s branded generics business. He was responsible for managing the entire HR operation, both domestically and internationally, and played a pivotal role in aligning the HR strategy with the corporate vision. Ravi also managed critical resources across multiple global locations, ensuring that the HR function supported the company’s growth ambitions.
Earlier in his career, Ravi worked with Lupin as Manager-HR, handling HR and industrial relations functions at the Mandeep Manufacturing Plant. He gained extensive experience in managing compliance, stakeholder relations, and organizational development.
Ravi began his HR journey at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where he worked for over 10 years as Dy. Manager (HR). During his tenure, he managed a wide range of HR activities, gaining valuable experience in HR operations and stakeholder management at a large-scale manufacturing plant.
