Ravindra Latne joins Themis Medicare Limited as Vice President – Sales & Marketing

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Themis Medicare Limited, a leading player in pharmaceutical innovation and manufacturing, has announced the appointment of Mr. Ravindra Latne as Vice President – Sales & Marketing, effective 3rd November 2025.

A seasoned pharmaceutical leader with over 24 years of experience, Mr. Latne brings with him an impressive record of driving sustainable growth, leading successful brand portfolios, and nurturing high-performing teams. His expertise spans strategic business development, portfolio expansion, and brand excellence, particularly in the Cardiac and Diabetes therapy segments.

In his new role, Mr. Latne will be responsible for steering Themis Medicare’s sales and marketing strategy toward its next phase of growth, focusing on innovation, market expansion, and customer-centric excellence. His visionary leadership, people-first approach, and deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem are expected to further strengthen Themis’s position as a trusted name in delivering impactful healthcare solutions.

Before joining Themis Medicare, Mr. Latne served as Associate Vice President at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he led strategic growth initiatives and brand development across therapeutic segments. Prior to that, he spent nearly eight years at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, progressing through roles including Business Head, Deputy General Manager, and Head of Sales and Marketing, where he contributed significantly to business expansion and portfolio leadership.

Earlier in his career, he spent over eight years at Ipca Laboratories Limited, where he advanced from Area Business Manager to Zonal Sales Manager, leading key regional operations and driving performance excellence in the HyCare Diabetes Division.

Mr. Latne holds an Executive MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
