Sheffield, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Rebecca Johnson has started a new role as Head of People at Iceotope. In this role, she will lead the organisation’s people strategy, supporting workforce development, organisational effectiveness, and culture as the company continues to scale its advanced cooling solutions for high-performance computing and AI infrastructure.
Rebecca has been part of Iceotope for over four years, progressing through key people leadership roles including HR and Office Coordinator and HR Manager, before stepping into her current position as Head of People. During this period, she has played an integral role in building HR foundations, strengthening people processes, and supporting strategic workforce planning within a growing, technology-driven environment.
Earlier in her career, Rebecca spent several years with Centre for Full Employment Limited, where she served as Quality and Development Manager and Support Worker Team Leader, contributing to organisational development, quality assurance, and people capability building. She also gained early recruitment experience at Action for Employment, where she worked as a Recruiter, strengthening her grounding in talent acquisition and workforce support.
