New York, NY, USA, July 2024 – Rebecca Rivetti has taken on a new role as Head of Human Resources for Global Banking at J.P. Morgan. In this capacity, Rebecca will lead HR initiatives to support the global banking division’s strategic goals and enhance employee engagement and development.
Rebecca Rivetti has been with J.P. Morgan for over 21 years. Prior to her new role, she served as the Head of Human Resources for Americas ex U.S., where she was responsible for leading HR strategies and operations across the Americas region for over four years.
Before that, Rebecca held various HR Business Advisor and Recruiting roles at J.P. Morgan, demonstrating her versatility and expertise in human resources management for nearly 17 years.
Rebecca’s career also includes experience at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in the Human Resources department for three years in the Greater New York City Area.
