Chelmsford, England, United Kingdom – October 2024 – Rebecca W. has been appointed as the Head of Learning and Talent Development at ECL Person-centred Care. In her new role, she will lead strategic learning and talent initiatives, driving development programs across the organization to support employee growth and enhance service quality.
Before joining ECL Person-centred Care, Rebecca W. served as the Organisational Development Lead at Sadler’s Wells for nearly five years. In this capacity, she designed and led organizational change strategies, developed learning initiatives, and drove internal communications and wellbeing programs. She also played a key role in defining the organizational values and culture as the theater expanded to its third venue.
Prior to her tenure at Sadler’s Wells, Rebecca worked as the Group OD and Learning Lead at Nexus Infrastructure plc. Over her two-and-a-half-year tenure, she spearheaded talent development programs, created wellbeing initiatives, and led organizational development efforts. Her work contributed significantly to workforce capability enhancement and aligned talent initiatives with the business plan.
Earlier, she served as the Corporate Office & Development Programme Manager at Health Education England. In this role, Rebecca focused on organizational development programs, leading HR, change, and engagement initiatives for the local office and national projects. Her leadership was instrumental in developing staff capability and implementing talent programs across regions.
Rebecca’s prior experience includes several roles in the NHS, including HR and OD Project Manager, Organisational Development Manager, and Senior Programme Officer – Do OD at NHS Employers. In these roles, she implemented learning strategies, managed national campaigns, and contributed to culture change and staff engagement across various NHS entities.
