Auckland, New Zealand, December 2025 – Rebecca Wigram has been appointed as Head of People CCM (Customer Core Modernisation) at ASB Bank, stepping into a pivotal role at the heart of the bank’s transformation agenda. Based in Auckland, she will lead the people strategy for the Customer Core Modernisation (CCM) programme, applying her deep expertise in employee experience to support large-scale change while ensuring that people, culture and customer outcomes stay strongly connected.
At ASB Bank, Rebecca Wigram has spent more than a decade shaping how employees experience the organisation. Prior to her new role, she served as Head of People Experience Design, where she led initiatives to design and enhance end-to-end employee journeys, embedding a human-centred approach into ASB’s people practices. Earlier, as Live Experience Lead and Senior Event Manager in Auckland, she played a key role in bringing the ASB brand to life internally, creating experiences that connected employees to the bank’s purpose and strategy.
Alongside her ASB responsibilities, Rebecca Wigram has also been Director at Silent Events, a venture providing silent disco equipment and immersive audio solutions for events ranging from conferences to wellness experiences. This entrepreneurial role has enabled her to bridge creative event design with innovative experience delivery, further strengthening her ability to curate engaging, memorable environments for diverse audiences.
Before joining ASB, Rebecca Wigram built her career in the broader live experience and events domain at Spark Digital NZ in Auckland, where she served in a series of Live Experience and Internal Brand Experience roles. Her work there focused on employee and internal brand experience, using events, campaigns and experiential activations to deepen connection between people, technology and the organisation’s evolving identity.
Earlier in her journey, Rebecca Wigram gained foundational experience as an Events Manager with the Trans-Tasman Business Circle and Events By Design in Auckland, managing corporate events and relationship-driven programmes across New Zealand and the wider region. These early roles provided a strong base in stakeholder management, event strategy and delivery – capabilities that now underpin her leadership in people, culture and experience within the financial services sector.
With this appointment as Head of People CCM (Customer Core Modernisation) at ASB Bank, Rebecca Wigram brings together her extensive background in employee experience, internal brand, events and people-centred design to support one of the bank’s most critical transformation programmes.
