Sean joins Vimeo from American Century Investments, where he served as Vice President and Head of Talent. During his 1 year 7-month tenure, Sean led the global asset management firm’s talent strategy, focusing on recruitment, workforce transformation, and leadership development. His contributions helped the company strengthen its long-term client relationships while supporting breakthrough medical research.
Prior to his time at American Century Investments, Sean held the role of Vice President, Head of Global Talent at DailyPay, Inc. for nearly 2 years. At DailyPay, Sean played a pivotal role in redefining the talent acquisition strategy and driving the company’s mission to revolutionize the way money moves between employers and employees. His leadership contributed to the company’s rapid growth and improved its overall employee experience.
Sean spent over 8 years at Tenable, a global leader in cybersecurity, where he served as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. There, he oversaw recruiting functions, talent programs, and employment branding, helping Tenable navigate its pre-and post-IPO growth phases. Sean’s contributions were instrumental in Tenable becoming a trusted partner for 30,000 clients worldwide, reducing their cyber exposure risks.
Earlier in his career, Sean held key roles at SAIC and IBM, where he was involved in talent acquisition, business strategy, and leadership development. At IBM, Sean led a team of over 35 talent acquisition specialists across multiple regions, focusing on attracting top talent and improving the company’s recruitment processes globally.
