Atlanta, Georgia, United States, October 2025 — Regina Lindsay, SHRM-CP has been appointed as Head of People Operations at Popmenu, marking a key leadership milestone in her distinguished HR career. In this strategic role, she will lead Popmenu’s people operations function, overseeing organizational development, culture-building, diversity, and the end-to-end employee experience across global teams.
Regina joined Popmenu in July 2024 as Senior Director, People Operations, where she played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s people strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration, and aligning HR initiatives with business growth. Her leadership has been pivotal in building scalable HR systems, strengthening diversity and inclusion programs, and enhancing workforce engagement through data-driven insights and people-first practices.
Before joining Popmenu, Regina held the position of Talent Director – People & Culture at First Watch Restaurants, where she led talent strategy initiatives that supported rapid organizational growth and cultural transformation. Prior to that, she served as Field Talent Acquisition Director at Whataburger, where she managed recruitment operations across eight states, overseeing large-scale hiring programs and diversity recruitment partnerships.
Earlier in her career, Regina spent over five years with Microsoft as Senior Recruiting Manager, leading recruitment across the Southeast and West Coast regions, and four years with Bank of America as Human Resources Manager, driving leadership hiring, compliance, and employee development across business lines. She began her HR journey at Kelly Services, gaining hands-on experience in human capital management, employee relations, and performance improvement.
A certified SHRM-CP professional, Regina is recognized for her commitment to building inclusive workplaces and for driving HR transformation through innovation and empathy. In her new role, she will continue to shape Popmenu’s people strategy to support the company’s mission of helping restaurants achieve profitable growth through cutting-edge technology and empowered teams.
