In her new role, Renee will lead the company’s people strategy across all locations, focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, culture-building, and organizational growth to support Envision’s mission of delivering top-tier diagnostic imaging services.
Renee’s journey with Envision Radiology began nearly seven years ago, where she held roles of increasing responsibility including Human Resources Manager and later Human Resources Director for almost five years. During her time in leadership, she has been instrumental in strengthening HR infrastructure, improving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of service excellence and collaboration.
Prior to Envision, Renee spent over seven years at Mountain View Medical Group, where she served as HR Generalist and HR Assistant, gaining deep operational knowledge and experience in supporting clinical and non-clinical healthcare teams across a large group practice environment.
Her early career also includes experience as an HR Assistant at Luther Midelfort – Mayo Health System, where she contributed to core HR functions in a leading healthcare setting, supporting staff development and compliance functions.
