Stockholm, Sweden, April 2026 – Hexagon AB has announced the appointment of Renée Rädler as Chief People Officer, marking a significant leadership elevation as the company continues to strengthen its global people strategy. In her new role, Renée will lead the organization’s people agenda, focusing on culture, leadership, and organizational effectiveness across Hexagon’s global operations.
Reflecting on her transition, Renée Rädler shared that her journey as EVP People & Culture at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence had been deeply rewarding, expressing pride in the collective achievements and excitement about continuing to strengthen people strategy, culture, and leadership across the broader Hexagon Group.
Prior to this appointment, Renée Rädler served as Executive Vice President – Global HR at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, where she led global HR strategy and played a key role in shaping the organization’s culture and talent agenda over several years.
Earlier within Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, she held progressive leadership roles including Vice President – HR EMEA & South America, HR Director – EMEA & South America, and Director of HR – EMEA, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership across geographies and business transformation initiatives.
Before joining Hexagon, Renée worked with dormakaba, where she served as Global HR Director – Post-Merger Integration, leading HR integration efforts during a critical phase of organizational transformation, as well as HR Director – SwissBenelux, supporting regional business operations.
Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at AGCO Corporation as Manager – HR Services & HR Business Partner (EAME), and as Head of Human Resources at KVT Koenig Verbindungstechnik AG and Swisscall, where she built strong foundations in HR leadership, business partnering, and organizational development.
She began her career at SMUV as Human Resources Manager, developing core expertise in HR operations and employee relations.
