Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 — ReNew has appointed Paras Agrawal as DGM – Procurement. In his new role, Agrawal will support ReNew’s procurement priorities as the company continues to scale utility-scale renewable energy capacity and broader decarbonisation solutions across India.
Agrawal joins ReNew after a strong procurement and contracts career across the renewable energy and EPC ecosystem. Most recently, he worked at Amplus Solar in Gurugram, where he served as DGM – Procurement and Contract (Solar PV Modules) and earlier as Lead Buyer, focusing on category management, logistics coordination, procurement execution, and contract negotiations for critical solar supply chains.
Before Amplus Solar, he was Procurement Manager at O2 Power Pvt Ltd, managing procurement for renewable power projects. He also spent over three years at Sterling & Wilson Private Limited as Manager, followed by a long tenure at Hindustan Powerprojects Pvt. Ltd. as Deputy Manager, where he handled solar PV module procurement and contracts for solar power plant projects in India.
Earlier in his career, Agrawal worked as Senior Officer – Purchase at Fedders Lloyd Corporation Limited and as Procurement Officer at Shyama Power India Ltd., contributing to procurement and execution support for transmission and sub-station projects.
