Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – Richa Gupta has stepped into the role of Lead HRBP – Sales & E-Commerce at NIVEA INDIA, where she will be responsible for enabling high-performance talent strategies across sales and digital channels. With her extensive HR leadership experience in FMCG and retail sectors, she brings a strong capability to align people practices with business acceleration.
Prior to this, Richa served as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources at Hershey India, where she led strategic HR interventions across functions, enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement in the fast-paced consumer goods landscape.
Before Hershey, she was with Dabur India Limited as Human Resources Lead – West, where she managed end-to-end HR operations for the region and supported business teams in sales transformation and capability building initiatives.
She also held multiple leadership roles over four and a half years at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., including as Lead HR – West Zone, Group Manager – Learning & Talent Management, and Manager – Talent Acquisition & Campus, playing a pivotal role in shaping talent pipelines and strengthening zonal HR business partnership.
Richa began her career as a Management Trainee – Human Resources with Reliance Industries Limited, where she gained foundational experience across Corporate HR Centers of Excellence, laying the groundwork for her people-first approach.
