Her promotion was announced during the ABC Annual Conference in Kovalam, where she was recognized for her sustained contributions, leadership, and impact in the executive search domain.

Amrita began her career with ABC Consultants in 2008, progressing steadily across various leadership roles. Starting as a Team Member and moving through roles such as Research Associate, Consultant, and Senior Consultant, she built deep expertise in client engagement and CXO-level searches.
Between 2016 and 2022, Amrita served in leadership positions like Client Manager, Engagement Manager, and Lead Consultant, managing end-to-end client acquisitions and C-level mandates, especially across the education and logistics sectors.
In April 2022, she was elevated to Associate Principal (General Manager), where she continued to lead high-stakes leadership hiring for top-tier organizations. Her promotion to Principal Consultant is a recognition of her relentless focus on client success, her role in mentoring internal teams, and her embodiment of ABC’s values.
