Richa’s journey at Alvarez & Marsal reflects a strong commitment to people-centric leadership and organizational agility. She joined the firm as Senior Manager – Staffing, where she played a pivotal role in optimizing workforce allocation, developing staffing frameworks, and ensuring that consulting teams were strategically aligned with client needs and business priorities. Her promotion to Director recognizes her leadership in building a culture of collaboration and performance within a highly dynamic professional services environment.
Before joining A&M, Richa served as Deputy Director – Career Advisory at Masters’ Union, where she provided career guidance and mentorship to students, helping them align their skills with emerging industry demands. Her work there integrated coaching, leadership development, and strategic career design to prepare the next generation of business professionals.
Earlier, she held the role of Staffing Lead – Middle East & India at Arthur D. Little, where she managed consulting resource deployment and professional development across multiple regions. Prior to that, she spent over four years at Bain & Company as Specialist – Staffing, gaining deep expertise in workforce management, employee engagement, and career progression strategies.
Richa began her consulting HR journey at McKinsey & Company, serving as Senior Staffing and Professional Development Administrator, where she was responsible for consultant staffing, professional development programs, and performance reviews. Her early experiences at Greenply Industries, Intelenet Global Services, and Ventures HRD Centre laid a strong foundation in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
