Mumbai, India, November 2025 — Seagate Technology has announced the appointment of Sameer Bhatia as Senior Regional Director for India, the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (IMETA). In his expanded leadership role, Bhatia will spearhead Seagate’s business strategy, drive regional growth and strengthen the company’s relationships with customers, channel partners and key industry stakeholders across these dynamic and fast-evolving markets.
A seasoned industry professional, Bhatia brings with him over two decades of experience spanning data storage, mobility and telecommunications. Since joining Seagate in 2015, he has held several leadership positions, including Director of the Asia Pacific Consumer Business Group and Country Manager for India & SAARC.
