Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 — Rishi Luharuka has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Force Motors Ltd., effective June 2025. With a career spanning more than 20 years across finance leadership roles in the automotive, mining, and manufacturing sectors, Rishi will steer the group’s financial strategy, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide transformation at a pivotal phase of the company’s evolution.
Before joining Force Motors, Rishi served as CFO at Gabriel India Limited, where he led strategic financial planning, investor relations, and business optimization initiatives over nearly six years. His contributions were instrumental in enhancing financial resilience and aligning fiscal policy with long-term business objectives.
Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President – Corporate Finance at Sandvik, managing a wide array of critical functions including treasury, group reporting, internal controls, compliance, and statutory audit processes. His work provided key financial insights to enable data-backed decisions across the organization’s Indian operations.
Rishi’s decade-long tenure at NRB Bearings Limited as DGM – Finance saw him take on responsibilities across statutory audit, SEBI compliance, banking, foreign exchange management, and policy development. He began his career in finance at Denis Exports, where he handled core accounting and banking operations.
A Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder, Rishi has augmented his academic foundation through executive education programs at IIM Ahmedabad and the University of Oxford. His appointment aligns with Force Motors’ strategic objective of fostering financial excellence and agility as the company scales its premium product lines and strengthens its partnerships with global automotive leaders.
