Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, June 2025 – Rishi Yadati has been appointed as the new Marketing and Communications Head at WMW Industries Ltd., part of the BVK Group. In this pivotal leadership role, Rishi will be responsible for building global brand equity for BVK Group’s portfolio companies, enabling digital transformation within sales and marketing functions, and developing a robust lead generation ecosystem to drive business growth.
Prior to joining WMW Industries Ltd., Rishi Yadati was a Fractional CMO and Partner, Lead Consultant at Think Prile, where for over four years he delivered end-to-end digital marketing, branding, and go-to-market solutions for over 20 businesses across tech, SaaS, retail, and legacy sectors. He specialized in crafting strategies for social media, LinkedIn marketing, webinar marketing, and content marketing, consistently helping organizations attract traffic, engage customers, and achieve business goals.
Before Think Prile, Rishi served as Director and CEO at Gifting Inc. for nearly fourteen years. In these roles, he managed P&L with lifetime turnovers exceeding US$50M, orchestrated large-scale digital marketing campaigns, and scaled e-commerce businesses to deliver outstanding conversion rates and global order fulfillment. His tenure was marked by operational excellence, investor relations management, and driving digital platform development.
Earlier in his career, Rishi held senior roles at Kalgudi Digital Pvt Ltd. as Consumer Head, and co-founded multiple ventures including Threeni Cookies Pvt Ltd., Digiallies, and Irelays. He also led strategic marketing at ecomZera and Oriostech, focusing on driving customer experience, product marketing, and digital transformation for various business models.
Rishi’s leadership and expertise are grounded in his ability to leverage data-driven marketing, multi-channel lead generation, and digital transformation to build competitive advantage and unlock sustainable growth.
