Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, March 2025 – SHV Energy, a global leader in off-grid and sustainable energy solutions, has announced the appointment of Rishita Jones as its new People & Culture Director, effective March 2025. In this critical role, she will oversee the development and implementation of people and culture strategies that align with SHV Energy’s sustainability mission and global business goals.
Prior to this appointment, Rishita Jones spent over five years as an Independent Consultant on People and Culture under the banner of New Routes for Growth (NRG HR), supporting global clients such as PVH Corp, Financial Times, Erste Group, Sunweb Group, and SHV Energy itself. Her consulting focused on driving DEI strategies, implementing self-managed teams, and embedding inclusive cultural transformations.

Earlier, Rishita served as Employee Performance and Talent Manager at Staples Solutions, where she led large-scale talent and performance strategy across Europe, managed Oracle HCM Cloud rollouts, and helped shape “Moments that Matter” for employees. She also briefly led HR Strategic Projects at the company, streamlining recruitment and onboarding practices across 13 countries.
Before Staples, Rishita was with CMIS Group (Ingage-Aetos) as HR Manager – Transformation and Change, where she championed cultural shifts and operational efficiencies aligned with decentralised authority and empowered teams. She also advised business units on high-performance team development and people metrics.
Her earlier roles span a rich global HR journey across the Middle East, the UK, and the Netherlands, including senior HR roles at Baker Hughes, Trench & Associates, CPI, Markit, and Hydrogen Group. Across these experiences, she led organisational design, HR shared services implementations, and large-scale recruitment transformations, while championing employee engagement and strategic alignment.
