Bellevue, Washington, United States, September 2025 – Siteimprove has proudly announced the appointment of Ritesh Daryani as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Based in Bellevue, Washington, Ritesh will report directly to CEO Nayaki Nayyar and lead Siteimprove’s global people function during a transformative period for the company. He brings over two decades of human resources leadership across major technology organizations and is recognized for building agile, high-performing cultures that fuel innovation and business growth.
Ritesh’s most recent leadership role was at Edifecs, where he served as Chief People Officer for nearly 10 years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in scaling the organization from 450 to 1,300 employees and increasing revenue from $70M to over $300M, leading up to a successful acquisition by Cotiviti. His responsibilities included crafting the strategic people vision, global team expansion in Moldova, India, and the U.S., and spearheading cultural transformation, executive compensation planning, and M&A integration.
Prior to Edifecs, he served as Director – Human Resources at Expedia, where he led HR for the eCommerce Platform CTO, Partner Payment, Consumer Payment, and Risk Fraud functions. He was deeply involved in performance management transformation, executive coaching, and organizational development interventions that aligned HR strategies with rapid business scale.
Earlier in his career, Ritesh held key HR leadership roles at Infosys, where he led a team of senior HR partners and advised business units on organizational planning, employee engagement, and policy development. He was pivotal in rolling out programs like succession planning and performance management, especially across large and diverse employee bases.
Ritesh also held senior HR roles at IBM, including Deputy General Manager – HR, where he led a 20-member HR team and handled strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, performance management, university engagement, and regional leadership. His experience also includes impactful stints at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and HCL Technologies, focusing on organizational development, SAP HR implementations, and compensation strategy.
He continues to contribute to the HR community through advisory roles at ClayHR and Pull, where he advises on frictionless HR experiences and financial wellness platforms. Ritesh holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is currently a PhD (ABD) from Seattle Pacific University.
