Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Ritwick Udayan has joined Deloitte as Executive Director, bringing with him over two decades of experience across strategic leadership, business transformation, and operational excellence in both traditional and new-age business sectors.
In his new role at Deloitte, Ritwick is expected to drive key strategic initiatives and client engagements, contributing to the firm’s consulting and advisory leadership. His appointment reflects Deloitte’s focus on leveraging senior leaders with diverse cross-industry experience to drive innovation, efficiency, and client value.
Before joining Deloitte, Ritwick Udayan served as Global Head of HMG Business at Husk Power, where he oversaw mini-grid operations across India, Nigeria, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the USA. His strategic vision helped expand sustainable energy solutions across key geographies.
Previously, he was Business Head at TimesPro, where he led initiatives to scale educational offerings and industry partnerships. He also held the role of Director – Head of Retail Business and Marketing at Healthspring, where he spearheaded revenue generation, digital transformation, and the launch of new business verticals in mental health and home diagnostics.
Ritwick’s leadership tenure also includes his role as Zonal Business Director (West) at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, where he was instrumental in building bancassurance partnerships and enhancing operational governance. At ICICI Bank, he held several senior leadership positions for over 14 years, including Regional Head – Retail Banking Group, Product Head – Personal Loans, and Business Head – Mutual Fund Advisors, driving significant growth in lending and liability portfolios.
He started his career with impactful roles at Mahindra Group, Ricoh India, and Foundation Advertising Services, shaping his expertise in logistics, office automation, and client servicing.
