Austin, Texas, United States, July 2025 – Rob Boman has taken on a new role as Vice President, Human Resources at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, where he will lead the HR function to support the company’s mission of delivering mission-critical capabilities for the digital battlespace. In this role, Rob will partner with leadership to drive strategic workforce planning, talent development, and organizational transformation.
Prior to this, Rob served as Senior Vice President for the Aerospace, Defense and Manufacturing Sector at EVOOVE, where he provided strategic leadership across high-tech and defense domains. His guidance helped organizations strengthen their talent strategy and innovation capabilities in highly regulated environments.
Rob spent over 15 years at Airbus Helicopters, Inc., holding several key leadership roles including Vice President, North American Region, HR & EHS, Site Operations Director, and Senior HR Manager. He was instrumental in overseeing HR, safety, security, and facilities management while reporting directly to the CEO. His work also extended into site general management, ensuring operational compliance and coordination with military and commercial programs.
Before his time at Airbus, Rob served with distinction in the United States Air Force for nearly 24 years, retiring as Chief Master Sergeant. He held leadership roles in recruitment, training, and force mobilization, managing large teams across 25 states. His career also includes public service as Sulligent City Councilman and Police Commissioner, highlighting his dedication to leadership in both corporate and civic arenas.
