Tucson, Arizona, United States, May 2025 – Vantage West Credit Union, a leading Arizona-based financial institution, has announced the elevation of Rob Hoyle to the position of Chief People & Technology Officer. In this newly expanded role, Rob will oversee the integration of human capital and technology strategies to drive innovation, enterprise resilience, and a people-first culture across the organization.
Rob has been with Vantage West Credit Union for nearly four years, previously serving as Chief Information Officer, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the credit union’s digital transformation, technology governance, and enterprise risk strategy. His visionary leadership in tech modernization positioned Vantage West as a forward-thinking financial partner for its more than 191,000 members.
Prior to joining Vantage West, Rob served as Chief Information Officer at Credit Union of America, where he led enterprise-wide technology initiatives, strengthening IT infrastructure and aligning digital capabilities with member needs. He also held the role of Vice President of Technology at QSI Facilities, contributing to enhanced operational agility.
Earlier in his career, Rob spent over 11 years as CIO at Premier Health Group, where he oversaw information systems during a period of significant growth and industry disruption. He has also held IT leadership roles at Mississippi State University, the City of West Point, and Synergetics DCS, Inc.
