Alpharetta, Georgia, United States, September 2025 – Rob Mangiarelli has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Atrium Hospitality, marking the next chapter in his distinguished career in the hospitality industry. In his new role, Rob will lead the company’s strategic vision, operations, and growth initiatives across its expansive portfolio, continuing Atrium’s commitment to excellence in service and hospitality management.
Rob has been a part of Atrium Hospitality for nearly four years, most recently serving as President since December 2022. In this capacity, he oversaw the company’s portfolio of 80+ hotels, 20,000 rooms, and over 3 million square feet of meeting space across 28 states. His leadership contributed to Atrium being ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction among third-party hotel management companies by JD Power and earning recognition as a Top Place to Work in Atlanta. Prior to this, he also served as President & Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President & COO, guiding daily operations and the HR function.
Before joining Atrium, Rob served as Chief Operating Officer at Magna Hospitality in Rhode Island, where he was responsible for driving operational excellence and strengthening organizational capabilities.
Rob spent more than 25 years at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he held multiple global leadership roles. Notably, he was Global Head of Asset Management, overseeing a $7B real estate portfolio spanning 70 hotels across 18 countries and managing P&L for Hyatt’s largest business unit, which generated approximately $400M in EBITDA. His career at Hyatt also included senior finance, operations, and leadership roles, where he successfully led real estate transactions, global construction projects, and procurement strategies, while also serving on Hyatt’s Global Inclusion and Diversity Council.
Rob began his career in hotel operations and finance, holding roles such as Credit Manager, Controller, and Director of Hotel Operations, which provided him with a strong foundation in hospitality management and financial leadership.
