Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain, October 2025 – Fersa Group has announced the appointment of Rohan Rathod as its Chief Sales Officer (CSO). In his new global leadership role, Rohan will drive sales excellence and accelerate growth across the group’s subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and emerging markets, while continuing to oversee India as a strategic region.
Rohan’s journey with the Delux Bearings Pvt. Ltd.—a third-generation automotive components and systems business—has been one of entrepreneurial transformation and strategic vision. After returning to India from the U.S. nearly a decade ago, he played a pivotal role in revitalizing Delux Bearings, scaling operations, and preparing the company for global integration. His leadership culminated in the acquisition of a majority stake by Fersa Bearings (Spain) in 2023, a move that positioned Delux as a critical part of Fersa’s international network.
Post-acquisition, Rohan led the integration of Delux Bearings into Fersa, building an export-oriented manufacturing base and expanding the company’s market reach. His deep engagement during this transition revealed not just operational insight but also a passion for global sales and customer partnerships—traits that naturally led to his elevation as CSO.
In his new role at Fersa Group, Rohan will focus on expanding Fersa’s footprint across core business segments, including Automotive OEM & Aftermarket, Industrial OEM, Rail, Wind, and E-Mobility. He will also lead the digital transformation of sales functions, overseeing initiatives in CRM, e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and loyalty programs. His goal is to foster a high-performance, globally connected sales organization aligned with Fersa’s ambition to be recognized as the global expert in advanced bearing solutions.
Before joining Fersa Group in this capacity, Rohan Rathod served as Managing Director at Delux Bearings Pvt. Ltd. for nearly eight years. During this time, he led cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and operations, transforming Delux into a globally competitive brand. His strategic approach to modernization and expansion attracted Fersa’s investment, setting the stage for the company’s next phase of growth.
Earlier in his career, Rohan’s background in architecture and design gave him a unique perspective on innovation and problem-solving. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, he previously co-founded DigestoMat, a waste-to-energy startup in the U.S., reflecting his entrepreneurial drive and interest in sustainable solutions. His diverse experience—spanning design, technology, and business leadership—has been a defining feature of his professional journey.
