Alongside his new position at Apple, Rohit continues to lead Elevate | Global Real Estate Community as Founder and CEO, where he has built one of India’s largest community-driven real estate consulting ecosystems. Through Elevate Global, he has created a unique collaborative platform that connects developers with global partners in architecture, marketing, construction, concierge services, and branded residences, fostering international partnerships that redefine real estate consulting.

Before his current roles, Rohit served as Head of Marketing and Partnerships at Tripoly Studio Private Limited, where he led business growth across South and North India, partnering with developers such as Century Group, Preeti Developers, and Arvind SmartSpaces. His earlier professional journey includes impactful roles as Business Head at MAP Architects, Member’s Ambassador at Samsung India, and Business Coach at Business Blasters, where he mentored student entrepreneurs in collaboration with the Delhi Government.

Rohit began his career with SBI Card and later contributed to National Geographic as a YourShot Photographer, blending his creative vision with business insight. His ability to integrate creativity, leadership, and strategic consulting has earned him recognition as an innovative professional capable of bridging diverse industries.

Rohit’s multifaceted experience across creative direction, brand partnerships, real estate marketing, and community leadership aligns seamlessly with Apple’s commitment to design excellence and innovation. His appointment underscores Apple’s focus on nurturing creative thinkers who inspire change through purposeful design and storytelling.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
