Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – Rohit Joshi has started a new role as Vice President – Business Growth at OBOX, where he will drive strategic expansion initiatives by enabling workforce solutions that make growth sustainable for Indian organisations. In this role, he will work closely with HR and business leaders to translate expansion intent into structured, compliant, and scalable execution across locations and teams.
In his mandate at OBOX, Rohit focuses on strengthening compliance intelligence, workforce structuring, and scalable staffing models. His responsibilities span converting expansion plans into operational rollouts, building robust payroll and labour frameworks, enhancing statutory compliance readiness, designing recruitment engines aligned with growth velocity, and conducting advisory-led audits that convert risk gaps into practical execution solutions. He also plays a key role in building credible partnership ecosystems that unlock new business corridors.
Prior to joining OBOX, Rohit served as Deputy Vice President – Business Development at Core Integra Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, where he led technology-focused regulatory compliance and HR practice solutions across labour law compliance, payroll outsourcing, employee benefits, and manpower services. He earlier held leadership roles at Gi Group and TeamLease Services Limited, driving new business acquisition, statutory compliance solutions, payroll outsourcing, and SaaS-based workforce offerings across key markets.
His career also includes account and sales leadership roles at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., Enable Mobile Technologies Private Limited, jaro education, and Tata Consultancy Services, where he built strong expertise in business development, client retention, and operational delivery.
