Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Rohit Mathur has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at Dr. Amin Controllers Pvt Ltd, an Alfred H Knight company. In his new role, Rohit will lead the human resources strategy, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and driving employee engagement across the company’s nationwide operations. He brings extensive HR expertise and leadership experience, helping to shape a dynamic and people-centric work environment.
Before joining Dr. Amin Controllers Pvt Ltd, Rohit served as Head of Human Resources at Cotecna Inspection for nearly two years, where he was based in Mumbai and oversaw HR operations, including talent acquisition and performance management.
Prior to that, Rohit worked for over seven years at Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd. as Head of Human Resources in Jaipur, where he was instrumental in leading HR transformation initiatives, workforce planning, and employee development.
Rohit’s earlier experience includes roles at Gravita India Limited as DGM HR, PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd as Regional Human Resource Manager, and Aditya Birla Retail Limited, where he contributed significantly to HR policies and operations. He began his career in HR leadership roles at Reliance Industries Limited and DTDC Express Limited, gaining valuable experience in various HR functions.
