Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Rohit Mehta has been appointed as National Head – Business Development & Experience Centres at KOHLER India, transitioning from a successful sales-led journey to a dynamic role focused on marketing, consumer analytics, and immersive brand experiences. In this newly elevated role, Rohit will drive experience-driven engagement while managing operational P&L responsibilities for Kohler’s experience centres nationwide.
Rohit’s 15-year tenure with Kohler Co. has been marked by continuous growth and impactful contributions across India and international markets. Most recently, he served as General Manager – National Head, Project Business (B2B), where he led residential, hospitality, and commercial channel strategies and partnered with marketing teams to drive on-ground impact.
Prior to this, Rohit was National Head (DGM) – Project Business, where he played a key role in driving growth across B2B verticals in India with P&L accountability. His strategic acumen and client engagement helped build robust pipelines across sectors.
His international experience includes a five-year leadership stint in Africa, where he served as Sales Head for Sub-Saharan Africa and Regional Manager – East Africa & Indian Ocean Islands, overseeing operations and expanding Kohler’s footprint in emerging markets.
Earlier in his journey at Kohler India, Rohit held multiple roles including Zonal Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Territory Sales Manager – Mumbai, establishing deep expertise in market development, channel strategy, and customer-focused innovation.
Before joining Kohler, he gained valuable experience with Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) as Key Account Manager – West, and Asian Paints as Officer Sales – Gurgaon, laying a strong foundation in channel management and B2B sales.
