Indonesia – October 2024 – Romy Hidayat has been appointed as Head Human Resources Business Partner at PT. J Resources Nusantara. In this role, Romy will oversee HR strategies, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and overall HR business planning, supporting the company’s growth in Indonesia’s mining sector.
Romy brings over 11 years of experience at PT. J Resources Nusantara, having started as Supervisor Recruitment and Development, where he managed talent acquisition and employee development for about 5 years. He then advanced to Superintendent – Employee Service & Recruitment, overseeing recruitment operations and employee services for over 3 years.
He further progressed to the role of Manager – Human Resources General Affair & Information Technology, playing a crucial part in strategic HR planning, administration, and IT integration within HR functions for nearly 4 years. His recent promotion to Head Human Resources Business Partner underscores his continuous contribution to HR leadership at J Resources.
Prior to joining J Resources, Romy worked at PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama as Supervisor Human Resources Development, managing workforce planning and talent acquisition for more than 2 years. He also held the position of Tester at Lembaga Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Psikologi Terapan in Surabaya, focusing on psychological testing and people development.
