Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — Junglee Games has elevated Kushagra P. to the role of Assistant Vice President – Human Resources (Talent & People), marking a significant milestone in his impactful journey with the organisation. In this expanded leadership role, he will partner closely on Organisation Development and Redesign, Talent Capacity Planning, Talent Acquisition, and people-centric initiatives, continuing to blend data-driven insights with a strong human touch to build scalable, future-ready teams.
In his new position, Kushagra P. will work across leadership teams to strengthen Junglee Games’ people strategy, focusing on building robust talent ecosystems, enabling organisational agility, and supporting long-term business growth in a rapidly evolving game-tech environment.
Prior to this elevation, he served as Director – Talent Acquisition at Junglee Games, where he led the TA function across Product, Technology, Marketing, Data Science, Customer Experience, and Corporate functions. During this phase, he played a critical role in senior leadership hiring, process transformation, and delivering consistently strong candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Before joining Junglee Games, Kushagra P. held key talent leadership roles at Airtel Digital, Groupon, OpenText, and Kronos Incorporated, where he drove strategic hiring initiatives, university relations, and large-scale talent programs across engineering, technology, and corporate domains. With nearly two decades of experience, he is widely regarded for strengthening talent ecosystems and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities.
