Pune, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Navneet Kaur has been appointed as Country HR Head at SACHA, marking a significant leadership milestone in her distinguished human resources career. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy in India, overseeing talent management, organisation development, workforce planning, and HR operations to support SACHA’s business growth and organisational goals.
Navneet brings nearly two decades of experience across manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, consumer lifestyle, and corporate environments. Prior to joining SACHA, she was associated with Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited, where she led Talent Management and Organisation Development, contributing to leadership development, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness initiatives in a complex, large-scale automotive ecosystem.
Earlier in her career, Navneet spent over five years with Johnson Controls, where she handled core HR responsibilities, supporting business leaders across critical people processes. She also held key HR leadership roles at ITC Limited – Hotels Division, managing human resources for hospitality operations, and at Multiplier Realtech Pvt Ltd, where she served as Manager – HR.
Her professional journey also includes HR consulting and project roles at Mind Hunters Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., leadership and learning roles at Philips Electronics India Limited, and early-career exposure at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where she worked in training and development at the Center of Excellence in Jaipur.
Navneet is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where she completed the Executive Programme in Human Resource Management (EPHRM). Her appointment reflects SACHA’s focus on strengthening leadership capability and building a robust, people-centric organisation.
