Toronto, Ontario, Canada, February 2026 – Roots has appointed Rosie Pouzar as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), expanding her remit following her tenure as Head of Omnichannel Growth.
Rosie joined Roots in 2025 and has been instrumental in advancing the company’s omnichannel strategy. In her new role as Chief Commercial Officer, she will help sharpen enterprise priorities, accelerate decision-making, and unlock new areas of growth as the brand continues to strengthen its commercial capabilities.

Prior to joining Roots, Rosie spent over eight years with SEPHORA, where she held several senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Retail, SVP & Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President, Finance & Strategy. During this period, she helped scale the business through significant expansion, leading retail operations, strategy, finance, and innovation initiatives across Canada.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Cineplex Entertainment, where she led Financial Planning & Analysis and supported M&A due diligence, corporate modelling, and long-range planning. She began her professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers, building expertise in valuations, consulting, deals, audit, and assurance across multiple industry sectors.
