Oxnard, California, United States, June 2024 – Rosa M. Serrato has taken on the role of Vice President of Talent Management at Reiter Affiliated Companies (RAC). Rosa is excited about this opportunity to contribute to RAC’s global leadership and organizational strategies.
Rosa has been with Reiter Affiliated Companies for approximately 6 years and 9 months. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Talent Strategies for about 4 years and 5 months, where she developed and executed talent strategies that aligned with the company’s goals.
Before that, Rosa was the Corporate Director Of Human Resources for around 8 months, where she managed HR operations and implemented strategic initiatives to improve HR functions. She also served as a Corporate HR Business Partner for about 1 year and 4 months, providing HR support and guidance to various departments within the company.
Earlier in her career at RAC, Rosa held the position of Corporate HR Manager for approximately 1 year and 1 month. In this role, she managed HR activities and supported organizational growth and development.
Before rejoining RAC, Rosa worked at BBSI as a Sr. HR Consultant/Sr. HR Manager for about 4 years and 7 months, where she provided HR consulting services and managed HR operations. She also gained significant experience at Target as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources for around 5 years and 5 months, overseeing HR functions and supporting the talent needs of the organization.
Rosa’s career began at AGIA, where she worked as an HR Generalist for approximately 3 years and 9 months, managing various HR activities and supporting the company’s HR needs.
