Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Nandita Singh has joined Antara Senior Care as General Manager – Human Capital, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy with a focus on fostering a culture of empathy, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. In her new role, she is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the company’s mission to enhance the quality of life for seniors and deliver best-in-class assisted living experiences.
Prior to joining Antara, Nandita served as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources at Varun Beverages Limited for nearly a year. She led a team of HR Business Partners across the North region, managing critical functions like manpower planning, training, compensation, and capability building. Her collaborative leadership style helped align people strategies with business goals and foster a high-performance environment.
Previously, she spent nearly 2 years at Bharti Airtel as a TMD Partner, where she worked closely with senior business leaders to implement strategic people plans, drive leadership development, and shape talent acquisition and performance frameworks. She was also instrumental in using HR analytics to drive key organizational decisions.
Before her tenure at Airtel, Nandita was associated with Intersoft Data Labs for over 4 years, where she played a key role in launching engagement programs, devising benefit policies, and promoting CSR-linked employee volunteering initiatives. She also served as a strategic advisor on culture and community building, working directly with business leaders on change management and organizational alignment.
In earlier roles, Nandita gained extensive experience at organizations such as Ericsson, Viom Networks, Danone, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and Coromandel International. Across these assignments, she held a variety of HR leadership positions, overseeing employee engagement, policy development, learning programs, talent pipeline management, and succession planning. Her consistent focus on driving transformation through people has made her a trusted leader in human capital management.
