Netherlands, January 2026 — Royal Philips, a global leader in health technology, has promoted Rosalia Reyes to the role of Vice President, Head of People Function – Image Guided Therapy, strengthening leadership within its people function as the organization continues to drive innovation-led growth in connected healthcare and precision treatment technologies.
In her new position, Rosalia Reyes will lead the People strategy for Philips’ Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business—an area critical to advanced clinical interventions—supporting talent, leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and scalable workforce practices aligned to the company’s transformation and global health mission.
Rosalia has been with Philips for over four years, most recently serving as Global HR Business Partner for CT/AMI, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where she partnered with business leadership on strategic HR priorities, organization design, workforce planning, and people development for key global teams. Her elevation to VP role reflects strong credibility across global HR leadership and her ability to link people strategy directly with business outcomes.
Prior to Philips, Rosalia built a highly distinguished HR career over nearly a decade at Johnson & Johnson, where she held a series of senior HR leadership positions across multiple geographies. This includes serving as Head of HR, Spain & Portugal, along with leadership roles such as Human Resources & Talent Management Director, Latin America, and senior HR leadership responsibilities within The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson.
Earlier in her journey, Rosalia developed deep expertise in rewards and compensation consulting through progressive stints at leading global advisory firms including Willis Towers Watson (WTW) and Mercer, where she worked on compensation strategy and workforce advisory—building a strong foundation that continues to shape her leadership across strategic HR roles globally.
