Bali, Indonesia, October 2025 — LYD Group has announced the appointment of Rosana Meldawati as its new Chief Talent & Culture Officer, marking a significant step in strengthening the organization’s people and culture strategy. In this expanded role, Rosana will lead initiatives to cultivate a distinct organizational culture that mirrors LYD Group’s creative and experiential hospitality ethos. “LYD Group has always been about creating icons. Now, my responsibility is to cultivate talent and build a culture that is as strong, unique, and compelling as our brands. Rosana brings over two decades of global human resources experience across the hospitality, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors. At LYD Group, where she has served for over two years, she most recently held the position of Group Director of Human Resources, driving people development, engagement, and organizational transformation initiatives across Bali’s most iconic venues.
Before joining LYD Group, Rosana served as Country Director & Partner (Indonesia) at Oman Agencies, leading international recruitment and HR operations across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. She also founded and led RM HR Consultancy, offering strategic HR advisory services to hospitality and lifestyle brands across the region.
Her earlier experience includes a project-based leadership role as Assistant Group Director of Talent & Culture for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 with Accor, where she managed large-scale HR operations and workforce programs for one of the world’s most complex hospitality events. Prior to that, she was Director of People & Culture at Cambridge Mask Co, where she developed inclusive HR systems and people strategies for a global team.
Rosana’s career also includes HR leadership positions with Trans Studio Bali, Accor Vacation Club, and GF Culinary, where she played a vital role in talent management, organizational development, and cultural transformation. Earlier in her journey, she worked internationally with Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, JA Resorts & Hotels, Anantara Hotels & Resorts, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where she built her foundation in HR operations and hospitality excellence.
