Colombo, Sri Lanka – November 2024 – Roshali Nakandala has joined B. Braun Group as the new Head of Human Resources and Corporate Communication. In her role, Roshali will drive HR strategies and corporate communications to support B. Braun’s commitment to advancing healthcare solutions. Her responsibilities will include overseeing HR operations, talent management, and fostering organizational communication to reinforce a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Roshali brings a wealth of HR experience, most recently serving as Manager of Human Resources and Administration at MAS Active. Over the past two years, she has led HR initiatives, aligning business objectives with HR strategies to promote organizational success and employee engagement. Her efforts contributed to creating a cohesive HR environment that supported operational growth and employee well-being.
Prior to MAS Active, Roshali held the position of Manager – HR Business Partnering at Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Ltd. In this role, she led HR team efforts to provide strategic HR solutions, fostering a supportive employee experience aligned with corporate goals. Her contributions were instrumental in delivering value-added services that enhanced HR functions across business units.
Roshali also served as an Assistant HR Business Partner at Watawala Tea Ceylon Ltd, where she focused on consulting with management on HR-related matters and implementing initiatives that aligned HR and business objectives. This experience strengthened her ability to drive change and act as an advocate for both employees and organizational goals.
Earlier in her career, Roshali held roles at B-Connected Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager Human Resources and at AIA Insurance Lanka PLC, where she developed her expertise in recruitment, training, and HR operations, providing a solid foundation for her HR leadership trajectory.
