Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2024 – Roshan Shaikh has taken on a new role as Senior General Manager – HR – Global Lead at VFS Global. In this position, Roshan will lead global HR initiatives, focusing on employee services and HR operations across various regions.
Roshan Shaikh has been with VFS Global for nearly four years. Prior to the current role, Roshan served as General Manager – HR – Employee Services – Global Lead and as Deputy General Manager – HR – Employee Services & Projects (South Asia), demonstrating expertise in HR services and project management. Earlier, Roshan held the position of Assistant GM – South Asia & MENA, contributing significantly to global mobility and expatriate management.
Before joining VFS Global, Roshan was the Country HRBP Redtag & Twenty4 at REDTAG in Saudi Arabia for almost four years, focusing on strategic HR planning and operational support. Earlier, Roshan served as Regional HR Head & HRBP (India & Middle East) at Writer Corporation, managing HR functions and providing business partnering. Additionally, Roshan has held various HR roles at Kuoni Group and VFS Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (KUONI Group), gaining extensive experience in HR shared services and operations.
