With over two decades of experience in digital transformation, operations, and customer engagement, Roshanie brings a strong track record of leading global organizations through data-driven innovation and customer experience excellence.
Before joining Chief, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Happier Living, where she led operations for a high-growth digital behavioral health company. During her tenure, she drove a 30% year-over-year revenue increase, leveraged automation and AI to scale operations, and improved patient conversion rates by 15%.
Prior to Happier Living, Roshanie was the Chief Digital Officer at The IRONMAN Group, where she integrated connected fitness platforms, grew annual recurring revenue by 30%, and contributed to a 250% increase in overall revenue. Earlier, as Global GM of Digital Customer Experience at International SOS, she spearheaded digital transformation initiatives that doubled digital product revenue from $500 million to $1 billion within two years.
Roshanie has also held senior leadership roles at Citi, where she served as SVP – Digital Transformation and SVP – Product Management and Marketing, driving growth in commercial and consumer banking. Her earlier career includes impactful roles at Equinox, Diageo, American Express, and Columbia University, where she developed her foundation in financial strategy, brand management, and customer experience.
