Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 — Bindiya Chugh has been appointed as Head of Europe Transfer Agency – India at Apex Group Ltd, where she will oversee the firm’s transfer agency operations supporting European markets from its India hub. With over two decades of experience in financial services operations, client relations, and global delivery, her appointment marks a strategic step in Apex’s continued focus on scaling high-quality cross-border service delivery and operational excellence.
Before joining Apex Group, Bindiya most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Treelife, where she contributed to organizational operations and transformation. Prior to that, she spent seven years at SS&C Technologies as Director of Operations, managing client relationships, process improvements, and offshore delivery.
She earlier held a leadership position at BNY Mellon, where she served as Operations Manager, leading succession planning, client servicing, and performance management in a high-impact environment. Her earlier career includes a five-year tenure at Syntel, where she managed operations in the US transfer agency and healthcare domain, and a three-year term at Mphasis, handling quality control for investment banking processes.
In her new role at Apex, Bindiya will drive strategic alignment between global standards and local execution, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient service models. Her leadership is expected to further enhance Apex’s global fund services footprint and its commitment to innovation and excellence.
